4. Store Currency & Foreign Exchange

All price tags, checkout totals, and final billing charges are calculated in United States Dollars (USD).

If your bank account or card is issued in another currency, your financial institution may perform a currency conversion and apply international service fees independently of TEVORAPIY.

5. Pending Authorization Holds

Banks may place a temporary authorization hold on your account balance during checkout processing. A temporary hold does not mean a finalized charge. If a payment attempt fails, the time needed for the hold to disappear depends on your card provider's policies.

6. Coupons, Discounts & Promo Codes

Discounts or promotional vouchers must be applied in the dedicated code box before finishing checkout. Promo codes cannot be added retroactively to placed orders, redeemed for cash, or combined with other sales offers unless explicitly noted.

7. Refund Processing & Credits

Approved returns or order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment source used during purchase. Once TEVORAPIY issues a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional business days to credit the funds to your account.
